About Heart + Hand safety Training
Operated and instructed by local nurses, Heart + Hand Safety Training offers blended learning, flexibility and on-site training opportunities to all of Middle Tennessee. We are American Health & Safety Institute approved; our certifications are valid for two years, compliant with OSHA standards and industry-specific requirements. Our class hosts small groups for high-quality, hands-on practice and is taught in a scenario-based learning and supportive environment. Our students leave class feeling empowered, confident and prepared to respond to real-life cardiac emergencies.

Learn practical first aid skills for real-life emergencies. Participants learn how to assess an emergency, control bleeding, respond to allergic reactions, poisoning, seizures, & strokes, and treat wounds, burns, injuries and other common medical conditions

Learn lifesaving, high-quality, universal CPR for adults, children and infants. Our classes are open to everyone, regardless of experience level. We teach you the skills and knowledge needed to respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies.

BLS is advanced CPR designed for healthcare professionals. Classes include in-person training, skills evaluation, opioid overdose & choking training and same-day certification. There is no separate certification exam fee.
